Based on the current pattern developing throughout the state during the high school cross-country season I have put together a “Big Dog’s Top 5 List” of state teams.
Your comments/recommendations are welcomed. In fact, if you have a top five list of your own, post it in the comment section.

Here’s hoping that the Honoka’a girls will soon break into Bif Dog’s top 5 this year. Next year they will be there for sure as Ali Shiraki (Jake’s little sister) comes up from middle school and that girl can flat out motor!
