It was a great race this morning. Hats off to Dakota, she is a pure runner and will set many new records before her high school career is over. I had 4 out of 5 for the top 5, only missing with Kylee Mann of Punahou. By the way, where is Mann in the individual results? I see her in the Punahou team results (10) but not the individual. Got to give the most improved award to Nicolls of Hawaii Baptist, what a great season she had. Thanks again for making this season so much fun with your blog.

Kyleigh Mann is 11th in the individual results. All the girls ran great even in an again altered course. Let’s widen the course path next year to accomodate the runners not the spectators please.

Congratulations to the HPA girls for taking 2nd place in the State! It was an absolute joy to watch their team race this morning. A special thanks to Coach Franklin and Whitten-Hayslip; as the mother of a lst time cross country team member it has been a privilege to watch them coach this young team – they have a bright future ahead!
