Water stations play key role in Marathons Success

Aid station #7, 14 miles into race

Without a doubt the key to running a 26.2 mile marathon is having an aid station every two miles on the course.

These dedicated volunteers play an important role in the success of each runners ability to go the entire distance.

If you haven’t yet thanked these volunteers now would be a good time to do so.
