Jamacian Sprinters Blake, Powell and Bolt the best in the World

Johan Blake

Jamaica is known for their sprinter and now they have three at the top of the World with Asafa Powell, Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake.

The trio are training partners and in a race last week at Daegu, South Korea theywere matched up in what was to be a battle for the World Title.
Bolt, however, was disqualified for a false start which opened the door to Blake who ran a blistering 9.92 seconds to be crowned, at least for now, the fastest man in the world.
Blake also becomes the youngest champion at age 21.
In world ranking Blake is followed by fellow Jamaican Asafa Powell with Bolt slipping to third.
Blake has already had part of his reputation tarnished as he was caught for blood dopping two years ago.

But on this hot August evening the youthful Jamicaican was crowned 100 meter champion of the World.
