Say it ain’t so Joe – Joe Theisman on what it is to be a genius

Former Redskin star QB

You have to love former sports heros, especially when they are still in the publics eye.

Football commentator and former player Joe Theismann:
“Nobody in football should be called a genius. A genius is a guy
Like Norman Einstein.”
Big Dog note: Say it ain’t so JOE.        Glad you’re not in the real world trying to make an honest buck, but you’re not alone.

Torrin Polk, University of Houston receiver, on his coach, John
Jenkins:  “He treat us like mens.  He let us wear earrings.”          BD note:  And he’s on scholarship – wonder what his SAT scores were like!

New Orleans Saint RB George Rogers when asked about the upcoming season:
“I want to rush for 1,000 or 1,500 yards, whichever comes first.”
