The Hilo Reign soccer team was established in 2006, along with The Kona Bulls and Waimea Boars.  Last year the league welcomed The Puna Chiefs and this year they believe they will have yet another team The Keaukaha Sharks.  There are 5 age groups Under10, U13, U15, U17, U19 and last year the league saw a few girls teams as well.  Practice begins in December and the regular season starts up in January and runs through April ending with a State Championship which will be held in Hilo this year.
