Thank You to “Big Dog” for your intrest in our running and walking at the Hilo Bay 5K “Salute to Veterans”. We all respect you and what you have done for running on the big Island of Hawaii. I and my wife Helen enjoyed our chat with you before the run. As a 75 year old runner new to the sport, my first competitive run was 2 years ago in Santa Maria CA (A Tri-4-fun mini Triathalon in 1:46) leading me to almost daily run/walks. It keeps me healthy.
