Well Big Dog, Margarito and Pierce might be switching places this year. Did you see the Iolani race?

Yes, I have all the results from Iolani but am not convinced. I still see Margarito as the favorite at this point in the season.

Big Dog, do you still see Leilehua as favorite to win States? They got beat by both Iolani and Kam. Iolani looked impressive with some young guys stepping up. I guess we’ll have a better idea when they race this weekend head-to-head again at the Kaiser Invite.

Where was Margarito’s brother at the Iolani Invite? He is the key to the Mules winning the state championship.

Pierce does have youth on his side. Running is so much mental, and now Margarito knows he can be beat and Pierce knows he cam beat him. It will be very close.

great race at Kualoa. Leilehua looked tired the whole race, maybe training too hard? Iolani and Kamehameha looks strong. Well see what happens this weekend. Good Luck Everyone!!

Looking forward to Punahou Invitational this weekend. Last interleague matchup before OIA and ILH start their own championships. I think we’re seeing a lot of minor injuries possibly because of overtraining happening this year. Hopefully everyone comes through it okay and tapers in time for States at the end of October. Good Luck to all who are running this weekend.
To all you athletes…time to get serious already because coaches are deciding on 7-person teams for champs. So race hard and have fun.
